Amir Bakyt Tileulesuly was born on 09.09.1978 in the village of Umbetaly, Zhambyl district,
Almaty region.
In 2000, he graduated from K. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in
mechanical engineering. In 2001, he graduated from this university with a master's degree in
Engineering and Technology. In addition, he continued his postgraduate studies, where in
2009 he received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
He started his career at K. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University as a lecturer.
From September 2005 to February 2019, he held various positions in the national security
agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to August 2024, he holds the position of Senior lecturer at the Department of
Thermophysics and Technical Physics at KazNU.Al Farabi.
He has more than 30 scientific papers, including scientific articles and patents.
Conducts scientific research within the framework of the scientific project AP23487726
Design and manufacture of a semi-industrial wind turbine with a capacity of 5 kW of a unique
design.
